Report an event at the University

“Segnala un evento” is the only collection point for all University events.
Use this service to inform the Communications Office about initiatives organized or co-organized by the University.

Who can report an event?

Only members of the University of Bologna community with an institutional account (nome.cognome@unibo.it) can report events.

Where your event can be promoted

The system is integrated into processes and with some web platforms, such as department websites, so there is no need to fill out additional forms.

With a single notification:

  • the event can be published on the department's website notice board;
  • if aimed at the external community, it can also be published on the Unibo portal.

If consistent with institutional communication and based on the target audience, the event can be promoted on other University channels.
